Jeff Van Gundy Is Trying To Be Jon Gruden: Be A Bad Color Commentator

Watching the Lakers/Celtics game on ABC and Van Gundy is trying to over take Jon Gruden in the "I love everyone" color commentating style, perhaps in hopes of getting a new coaching job. He just said Kendrick Perkins and Andrew Bynum both would have "legit beef" for not being selected to the All Star Game, when neither of them would deserve to go. He also said Jamal Crawford should've gotten selected as a reserve. If you want to make an argument that Crawford would be more deserving than say, Allen Iverson, then you have a point. Then again, Joakim Noah, David Lee, and John Wall deserve to go the All Star Game ahead of Iverson. Too bad the All Star Game isn't for one dimensional sixth men though and Crawford also has a teammate (Josh Smith) that isn't going that would deserve it over him.
